We process your data for the following purposes:

• Member and activity management. Basis: associative contract.
• Club communications. Basis: consent, revocable at any time.
• Web account. Basis: service contract with the registered user.
• Handling enquiries. Basis: consent when contacting us.
• Publishing sporting results. Basis: legitimate interest of the club.
• Compliance with legal duties (accounting, federative).

• Identification: name, surname, date of birth, ID number.
• Contact: email, phone, postal address.
• Federative: FIDE/FCE numbers, ELO, category.
• Sporting: results, games, standings.
• Payment: strictly necessary data, processed by the payment provider.
• Technical: IP address, access logs.

• Member data: during membership and applicable legal periods.
• Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn.
• Sporting results: indefinitely, as the club's historical archive.
• Enquiries: up to 12 months after reply.

We do not share your data except when required by law, with your explicit consent, or when needed to provide the service. Our providers include:

• Vercel Inc. (EU + USA (CDN)) — web hosting.
• Hetzner Online GmbH (Alemanya (UE)) — backend & database.
• FIDE & FCE for official tournament registration.

Where a provider is outside the EU (Vercel CDN), transfers occur under adequate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, certifications).

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, object, request restriction and portability of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise them, write to privacitat@escacsfigueres.cat stating your request and including a copy of your ID.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Catalan (APDCAT) or Spanish (AEPD) data protection authorities.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: secure authentication, password hashing, TLS, backups and access logs.

Enrolment in the chess school and youth tournaments requires parental or legal guardian consent.
